Ale - Second Rodeo Brewing

Irish Reds are a style of Pale Ale brewed with roasted Barley and an Irish yeast. The blend of roasted barley gives it a reddish color and a malty and bready taste as well a light toffee flavor, balanced out with a dry finish from a hop blend mostly out of aroma hops. We did add a bit bittering hops to it to give it a more dryer finish but it comes in at around 25 IBU.

Alcohol is set at 5.3%/vol. As all our beers this beer is unfiltered leaving all the goodness in it to your benefit. So have a few spicy wings with it and you should be all set.
