Ale - Second Rodeo Brewing

As the fall and wintertime is just getting started, we decided to feature our Belgium Dark Ale. This dark ale is brewed with pale malt, Munich malt and caramel malt as well some chocolate roasted malt. It features a dark amber color and an alcohol of about 6.5%/vol.

We used a blend of two different hops to balance the aroma, chocolate, and dark fruits like dry plum and raisins from a Belgium trappiest yeast.

Expect some little sweetness at the end which makes this a perfect fit to be paired with one of our wings or Philly Cheesesteaks.
